The structure of the credit history is determined by Federal Law “On credit histories” No. 218-FZ of 30 December 2004 and characterizes how borrower perform his credit obligations and stored at a credit bureau.
A credit history consists of four parts: title, main, information and closed part.
The title part contains the borrower’s personal details: full name, data and place of birth, passport details, individual taxpayer’s number and pension insurance number.
The main part contains detailed information on the borrower’s credit obligations: active and closed credits, credit limits and periods, outstanding balance and timely payments.
The information part contains details about credit granting, loan type, application channel, denial of loan and its purposes, debt in arrears over 120 days and etc.
The closed part comprises information on who granted the loan and which organisations, when and for what purpose requested the credit history from the credit bureau.
Each citizen has the right to get his credit history free of charge once a year at the United Credit Bureau office for retail customers.
